Go to CpaBet and register. I will place a banner on your website. There are cpa and cpm. Each impression is 0.001$, only traffics from certain countries are counted (that mean, if you have 1000 page views you'll have 1$ - or CPM is $1 - quite high). Minimum payout to your e-gold is $1 (no fee)
