If you're using IE go to internet options,security, and click "prompt" or "disable" on "run active x" and click "prompt" or "disable" on "allow cookies that are stored on your computer".
If you use prompt you can find the FUCKstick that is pulling this shit by clicking on "more info" when prompted. If you don't want to be hassled and just surf, just disable and you'll be good.
