im looking for something that i can load a txt file of urls in the format of http://www.domain.com/folder and have it check to see if the url is 404 or not. does anyone know of a program like this?

you can create an html file with the list of URL's and have that program check for dead links.Comment

Any free url checker you can D/L from the mainstream file places out there can do what you are looking for exactly how was described here by saving your list as an html file on your computer and using that as the starting url for the programComment
