Long Story Short, I sent my notebook in to be fixed and the jackass that owned the shop basically stole it and it took me getting the police involved to have it returned to me as he closed up shop. THE ASSHOLE CHANGED MY WINDOWS XP PASSWORD and there is no way to get directly in touch with him.

He also failed to return the restore disks, and I'd rather not wait on order/delivery to be able to use it. If you can tell me how to break into my own computer, please let me know, I'll pay pal you a pre-negotiated amount if it works and pay any phone charges if it's a process I need to be walked through.

you need physical access to hit f8 and reset the passwords, same with unix, you just boot up into single user mode.
