Need help with my page!

I am the webmaster of a daily Celeb video site! I would like some help with my site... How can I improove it so that I can get more singups and send more traffic to other sites. I get around 14000 hits p/day but I don't send that much to my other sites (any ideas how to improove that) any suggestions are welcome

Might get rid of ALL those counters off the Top of your page, if you really need the counter, use ONE at the bottom.

I've been told when using a counter on your page you must always keep it on the top, otherwise not all your incoming traffic will be counted, is that true?

We were told the same by some counter sites so we tested them on a couple of sites with top and bottom counters and they came out about the same. More like the free counter places want first shot at your traffic. lol

What do you mean by "they take away your traffic" i am not quite sure what you mean by that

If you mean that the visitors first click on the counter before viewing your site, I can always put something like "Only counters, please don't click" or something like that, u think that could work?

People see the counters and think there might be something interesting there, not knowing it's just a counter, so they click on it and they never get to see your site.

Most people do put the words "just a counter, don't click" around them, but it makes the page look better if you just stick them on the very bottom. You'll still get reasonably accurate stats. Also keep in mind that if the server is down or bogged down for the counter company, then it could make your page load extremely slow.

Move that big sexlist counter down man.
First thing surfer sees is"FREE PICS ENTER"
You are loosing surfers big time.
Other ,maybe you are giving too much stuff for free.

a.s.a my stupid Front Page decides to work again, I will move the counter down abit! The only thing that is free on my site is the daily video, but that brings more visitors to my page

Why do you need front page To move a counter go to note pad cut and pastes into the bottom, take 3min tops and reload.

Get rid of the banners and make it faster. Find another server. A faster one. And update it regulary

My site is updated everyday with a new Celeb video... I use my ISP, so I quess some people get a faster speed on my page than others! I can't buy webspace in the US, cause where I live it's gonna be to damn expensive "When downloading the free video, what speed do you guys get?"
