    Good Video Editing Software?

I bought a digital camcorder last night, so I need some good software that I can purchase online here in the UK. It's just for home / family use. Anyone recommend anything?

If it's just for home and family use, just use Windows Movie Maker. It's probably already installed on your PC.

      Spend you some brain.

I use Ulead VideoStudio when filesize doesn't need to be optimised and I can't be bothered calculating bitrates etc. (i.e. not for web)

I got Sony Vegas 6 -- quite a learning curve but I love it.
