video editing question

Hey everyone, I just got some new content and I need to chop it. They are a bunch of 20 min mpegs that I need chopped into 3 equal parts. What do you think is the best program to do this? The program I'm using now takes way too long for 1 vid.

If you are just splitting clips, anything will do. If you want to edit or prep video for the web, then you need something good like Final Cut Pro and Cleaner 6 (which can batch output in various sizes and formats).

Yes, the "AVI MPEG ASF WMV Splitter" they provide is quite good, and very fast. If you just want to split the clips and nothing else that is the best one I know of
