Problems with Hostive.com?

I dont like to bad mouth anybody, but i've been doing shared hosting with hostive.com for awhlie now. for the last month or so I've been having problems with ftp uploading on a daily basis, and they've done nohting to fix it. it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. since the beginning of last weekend i haven't been able to access my mysql database and my site is all fucked right now as a result. i call their number on their page, and the guy tells me thats no longer their number. i send them emails, half of them bounce back. They say they are fixing it, but nothings changed.

is anyone else hosting with these guys and having this problem?

So i hit them up. 2 hours ago he said 'just one sec.' and hasn't gotten back to me, and I am trying to upload my new gallery but I can't create new directories on my ftp server right now

i get some of my hosting done from this company "the others i use are for non-adult oriented stuff and are strict about it, they noticed within days"

They offer decent prices for there stuff and when you pruchase other stuff they offer like, dsl or viop, they drop prices around the board. I havent read anything about non adult oriented sites nor have they contacted me about such a thing, there quick to my emails "even at odd times in the morning, some guy must sit infront of the computer 24/7". They can bill in US or Canadian dollars "which is good for the canadian guys". And also i dont work with them nor do i get anything for you useing the service "though i believe they have a referal program but only for there viop and dsl (get 10 people to signup and you get free service for ever)"
