There is no way in hell it could be done. Just think about it.
With CC at least customers can feel secure that if their CC is stolen they can always recover their money.
But with atm its GONE. thats it.
Plus ATM BILLING would store pincodes and all the info which means if anybody hacks in and does some nasty shit
ATM BILLING would probably be in a tight spot, basically out of biz and possible in jail.
And guess what, it will be every hackers dream to hack their Database.
And sooner or later it would be done
