In that case you would pay whatever it generates. What this project generates is ON TOP of what the sites are worth. I thought would be basic knowlegde for everybody.

From what I understand your basically selling a turn key site, design/content, traffic and members sound to small to even count as part of the site.

you will get more response by just saying what you want for it instead of having people guessing.
