    Video interlacing problems HELP !!

    Would appreciate any advice on how to stop Video interlacing problems when encoding to WMV when using digital media converter...

    Now in normal speak when you look at the vids it looks like you are looking at then through Venetian blinds. Lines on them.

    Any advice here would be appreciated.

        ok is that virtualdebug.com think the problem is the fps PAL to NTSC
