AGSQL help

I know, the script name says it all. Can anyone help with a problem i am having after running the shuffle.cgi script and getting missing Thumbs?..I also get a shit load of missing thumbs created when i run scanner.cgi to make thumbs, not all are bad, just some. Please help, lam0r in distress!...lol

Click "optimize/repair database" in the agsql admin. Same thing happened to me when trying the shuffle. Ended up losing half my galleries.
