BTW orange juice = schmorange juice.
if it's not real (home squeezed) you're better off just popping some vitamin C tablets.

take this everyday mixed with a packet of Emergen-C and some water and you will NEVER be sick again

just take a lot of water or eat fruits rich in vitamin C. Take some full time to rest...that would help you a lot.

echanacea (sp?) - you can get it at healt food stores... try it, works wonders. Hope you feel better
