i dont seem to see anything to say thats the case. It says no "pornographic or obscene" material , but it clearly has a (mature/adult) category to rate your video after you have uploaded it.

Still i think it could be very usefull . I notice a "peter north" video for penis pills up. Someone should jump all over that with a "fleshlight" video.
