I used to use ICQ2002a with security level checked on "High" : "Password must be entered to load ICQ, change user details and settings" .
I uninstalled it from control panel's "add/remove programs" and after a few days I installed it again... imagine that, the program logged in my account (fuck their unistall shit) without asking a password or smth like this...
