Recommend a good software firewall ...

We need a good software-firewall for Windows Server 2003 which allows you to grant particular programs full access to any/all ports, while still keeping the machine secure.

What do you guys recommend?

I use this too. Some routers include hardware based firewalls too, if yours does you should use this as well.

I used Zone Alarm, but it died every few month and I had to reinstall it. Now I use Sygate and had never a problem again.
