I am trying to get FXP to work but it dont
What ftp prog works for tranfering files from one server to another.

Why not use Rsync ( command )
I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !
But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

Why don't you ask your host to do that ?
It is much easier for us than for you... As long as you have SSH access on the old server.
Otherwise, if you have SSH access on both :
execute on new server:
rsync -av -e ssh username@oldserverhost:/home/old_home/ /home/new_home/

Well , the good old way:
d/l your site to local drive, d/l databases using either your control panel or phpMyAdmin to local drive.
Upload site, import db with phpMyadmin.
