    technical server question

just wondering.. if i want to create a site with extremely low latency.. would it do any good to have a box on each coast and "herd" surfers to the one(s) with best response times? is this even possible?

anything under 120ms won't really make a differance in web page load times

Yes, we offer load balancing solutions, currently we have data centers in New York and Amsterdam, so the US and Europe is covered.

We are opening a new DC in California as well to improve response times inside the US.

In addition to just having multiple data centers we employ hardware load balancing to determine where to redirect the surfer to increase performance.
