I'm sure there's an explanation for this, but most people will think the sky is falling on MSN or there's some war brewing. I highly doubt google would manipulate their results just to sling mud at MSN.

Look what comes up when you try to get the cache of msn.com. I'm guessing it was a 302 redirect, the same thing that can make you "steal" someones visible PR. I could be wrong but this seems like a reasonable explanation.
