I'm with Wolfshade and Susan on this one. I know it sounds not very promising, but: you have to market your gallery - get into the mind of Joe Jerker.
There's one guy I met at some chat, maybe somebody knows him - TimeWalker - he helped me big time - he showed me how to market my galleries, i.e. set up unique ADs that people will want to check out.
AD design has to be totally different from everyone else's. You need to convince jerkers that whatever his looking for, he can find only at your site, and MAKE him click you ADs.
After that, the sponsor must "close" the sale - so choose your Sponsor wisely.

BTW, just today I noticed how professional
AP designed. I bet they can convert surfers REALY good.

Also, your content (pics on galleries) is very important - get the best you can and make sure surfers would die to see more of the pics.

Its easy to say "i just need to convince jerkers to check out and ultimately sign up for ads" but how to actually do that is completely another and quite harder to achieve story.

Could you give me a practical example of your marketing technique so that you can backup your theory with something?

I hard so much theories about sign up achievments but i can thelp but see many complainings and stories about 1:1000 conversion ratios.

I would like to see an example of 1:100 gallery, somebody please help out here!

You need to redesign your gallery. Make it stand out from the other thousand on a TGP.

Try a new design...if that doesnt work, change it, try somthing else. Put yourself in the place of the surfer.

Does the gallery make you want to click on any of the sponsors? Would a newbie surfer click on any of your links? How about an experienced surfer? How can you target to both of those types of surfers?

Work it around, and see what fits.

Just dont give up, keep trying untill you find somthing that works. Then when you do, try and make it better

its probably using gallery as a build up to the sponsor, like integrating sponsor into a gallery, naming gallery by sponsor, writing ads with the same title name as gallery.

Totally Teens is a good example of this theory, he probably gets 1:100-.

Last time I checked porn keywords at goto were fetching .14 to .30 If you can convert well, then this may be a good investment. If not, I would advice against it.
