Heres how to fix that:
1) go to My Computer
2) click on Control Panel
3) click on Add/Remove Programs
4) select ICQ
5) click REMOVE

Had a similar problem some days back, first thing , you can try restarting your computer, it might work well then. If you still continue getting problems then u can go ahead and reinstall it....

icq sucks.. i got people saying they messaged & i didnt get shit.. hate the thing.. ready to uninstall it & use something else. Would be nice if the thing worked like it used to with the old version, since it seems everyone uses icq instead of aim/msn/wm etc.. fuck it, need more space anyway, You know XP comes with windows messenger & i never even used it.. time to sign up for it..Comment
