i was just reading on an seo forum that linkdumps get sites banned from the big se's like yahoo, google, msn, aol etc... they ban both the url posted AND the site that has the script. Dont know if it's true or not but alot of talk about it.. same goes for urls that post to 1000's of those FFA pages

It would be odd for them to ban the urls listed... Wouldn't that be a good way to remove some competition?

I have several linkdumps and have never had a problem getting crawled or maintaining pr, like anything else, probably depends on the site, mine are top notch and I only approve 5-10 links a day on any of them

Wrong... And I will tell you why... Google will NEVER ban you for something that could possibly have been done by someone else...

If I posted Jaysxxxlinks (sp?) to every linklist ever made and Google banned him... Get the picture?

Now if he had 200 websites all linking to eachother and they are all owned by the same person... that is another story.
