dude I'm one of the cheapest guys around and I still pay more than 75 for a deadicated server. Thats a tall order. $150 will get you top notch hosting. thats what 4 sales month to cover your over head. serverprovider has cpannel and they are one of the best.

For $75/month, try a virtual hosting package, not dedicated.
