he buys wholesale or bulk from one of us around here im sure and he just cuts into his profits by selling at a low cost

He probably tacks on a lot of extra shipping and handling charges...and/or includes flyers for other higher margin products when he sends out these products

i called the company and they said they sold him a large volume but they wont sell to him again because he selling under price on ebay. anyone use their affiliate program? they offer $125/sale where fastsize is only $75
