What is a good program to remote access another computer?

I'm looking for something that I can use to connect to employees pcs so that I can see what is on their desktop and what they are doing.

I am sure there are good and safe programs for that. Please list them if you know them.

i used pcanywhere a long time ago...got the job done pretty well. it's a bit pricey, though at 200 bucks(depending on how many licenses you need).
