What's up with all the April's? I thought I had a fairly unique name. Creepier still, there is two girls next to each other...one April, the other Amber. That's my sister's name! Strange shit.

I can't comment on TeenFlood as a sponsor, but I do some of his photography and not only do I verify the age of every girl I shoot for him or for myself, but I know he requires age documentation for all the girls I shoot for him as part of the package. I can't imagine it's otherwise for the other photographers he uses.

Also, I've been doing work for him for 2 years now and he wasn't new then. His payouts are handled by CCBill so I would think there's no question of honesty and integrity.

As for his layout, it's not slick but apparently it works. And perhaps it works because it's NOT slick, it's not pink and baby blue with girls licking suckers. Let's face it: all of those sites look alike.

He also offer his members the opportunity to download sets in a ZIP file, which I imagine is a pretty big selling point and a key to retention.

Also, and I want to put this as delicately as I can: Speculating that a site is offering underage girls is not very ethical, especially when he has a notice on his first page reading: "(blah blah) All models eighteen or older. All model releases and identification on file."

That is exactly what you WON'T find on a pedo site, because that's not what the pedophile wants to know, is it?

And if you want another key to his success with his clientele: "Advertisers: Don't waste your time! NO BANNERS anywhere on this site, ever!"

From what we have read most sites only release the ID's to the authorities. Which is the right way to be considering the realtime addresses and contact info is on those releases etc. You can't be handing it out freely in order to protect the girls.

If you want a many girls as possible to be available to model, and also not to limit yourself to sex industry girls and hookers, then you need to assure them a modicum of anonymity.

I don't supply docs for every single girl I sell every time I make a sale, but I'm open to spot checks, especially with a particularly young looking girl. However, even then, the documents will be censored so you don't get her name, address, phone number, or DL number. However, you'd get to see her face on a driver's license or some other ID.

Sticking a girl's ID on a CD or as a photo in a photo set is a very bad idea, because some moron is going to do what I've already seen done twice now, and put that photo up along with the rest of the photos to the newsgroups.

The information that's kept on file is what is legally required. The release, of course, is a CYA requirement. I don't think it's actually a requirement under criminal law, but it's certainly important to have one from a tort standpoint. At any rate, anyone doing nude/erotic/porn work who doesn't get a release is very stupid.

Then, there is age documentation as required under Title 18 USC §2257. The law requires one legible age ID document, which usually is a driver's license or state-issued age ID card (these are issued to people who are old enough to drink but don't or can't drive a car). Other acceptable ID items include Federal or state issued ID cards displaying the subject's face and date of birth; passports (the page with the photo and birth date); and military ID's.

It is highly recommended to get a second ID item as well (I believe an attorney would call it an act of "due diligence"...extra effort). The best second item would be one of the aforementioned, but since you usually don't get one of those, you usually end up taking a birth certificate, photocopy of a government document sent to the party by name at their current address, photocopy of the title to a vehicle...I've even taken photocopies of library cards, student ID's, and bank cards.

The more the secondary item confirms information on the first the better as far as I'm concerned. This is why I'd rather take a photocopy of a recent W-2 form than a 19 or 25 year old birth certificate!
