    Gmail help

Does anyone know how to get around Gmail's Spam filtering when downloading messages via POP3? I can download my Inbox messages fine, but I can't get the new messages that gmail automatically filters into the spam folder. That's a problem since a lot of customers and even friends get filtered into oblivion. I've run into the same problem with forwards... Is there a way to download ALL messages or get rid of spam filtering altogether?

I just white list people in gmail and I rarely if ever get any problem with good emails ending up in my spam folder.

I always do at least from first time customers, since I can't white list them until they've actually contacted me. I also have some problems with forwards from friends...
