Partner "maybe" required

heres the deal i`m in the process of buying 5 paysites with content from an Ex-adult webmaster with a part designed webmaster program site. I own 2 paysites myself so i was thinking about "maybe" getting a partner to help me run the sites becuse i`m working full time at a normal job and also at college, so i can`t dedicate myself fully to the task in hand.
Obviously I was thinking about someone who knows what they are doing .In return i would offer a 60/40 split (negotiable) on all profits.
Ok tell me what you think....or shoot me down in flames..
