this is a new dialer that uses the standard downloadable .exe program to the surfers computer. It has an unavoidable licence agreement for the user has to read so it is 100% legit. I know there are / were some other dialers that were being auto downloaded and connected without disclaimers - those were the illegal ones.

there's a shitload of cash in the dialer world because they work. especially for many countries that otherwise have trouble billing.

however, with money comes corruption and greed. dialers can be very decieving and flat out dishonest at times from my personal experience (surprise).

that being said, there are a few companies that have been very accountable, honest and pretty fun to work with for me and i think they all post here:
