What is the best software for the image thumbs to use ?
I saw there are so many nice thumbs with so low kb on some TGP.Try so many programs, none of them are working properly.

Actually "Arles Image Web Page Creator" makes damn fine and crisp thumbs.

Well, the thumbs you're referring to are probably thumbs that have some filter applied to them (manual labour)... You can not get "dreamy" looking thumbs automagically.
