Affiliate program managers

I'm looking for someone to start and run an affiliate program for a mainstreamish project I'm involved in. Compensation would be based on total affilaite performance (e.g. you get paid for each signup generated by the affiliates). Depending on who you ask... sure.

Put aside the different naming possibilities, if you can help me recruit affiliates that perform, hit me up.

Yes and no... we have plenty of affiliates now, but they stink... no traffic, no signups. We want to wipe the slate clean and let someone who's good at building an affiliate program take it over, for a nice cut.

I think most mainstream programs are CPA, maybe the niche you were in was CPM...
