            Tho if you are thinking of em for adult sites - not so popular! Their main biz is in gambling transactions.

              I used Neteller before I got an epassporte account, never had any probs but the ATM card only works at those weird ATM machines that are in liquor stores, movie theatres etc. I think Netellers fees are higher than epass too but not sure.
