Always use a refcode.
Either I support the boards where I post by signing up thru the advertiser banners or I go to a couple of resource sites owned by some good people.

It depends really. mostly i just click the link provided if I want to check it out. If I have time I'll join otheriwse I book mark it and go back later. sometimes it takes a while for me to get back so cookies are usually not set

no ref links for me, that extra money to pay the other webmaster has to come from somewhere, the antics in this industry are bad enough, having to pay one webmaster let alone 2. Especially if the other webmaster is nothing but a referral whore with no traffic of his own, someone like manowar
