Anyone using ClearCard Processing

I was considering using them as their terms are excellent and they have some nice extra's.
Problem is my first email was never answered, second was answered same day. So then I use their on line signup AND email sales that I want to sign up and ask some more questions, It's now been over a week and I havn't heard a word from them.

I'm signed up and setup with the initial "test" account. I emailed them last week to find out how to make it go "live" and haven't received a reply back.

I have been inside, and messed around with the system though. It seems to be very nice, except missing a couple features...but, nothing too serious.

Anyhow, if I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10... It's approx. 7.75

It's got my vote. Easy to use, easy to setup.
