Affiliate paycheck processing service?

There have been posts on this topic before but no real referrals. We are looking for an affiliate paycheck processing service that will:

1. Allow us to wire one lump sum on a weekly basis for affiliate checks
2. Will print checks drawn on THEIR bank account (not ours)

Any referrals would be appreciated.

I've found a few but it seems they all just want to use your bank account or do ACH debit instead of wire to pay (i.e. Electracash). We are looking for a solution for foreign based sites who want to have checks from a US bank cut for the convenience of our webmasters. Seems there aren't many out there. I wonder what other foreign sites do? Wire transfer & Epassporte only?

Thanks a lot for the referral, but these are companies who just print checks using your bank account and mail them to you or mail them to your 'employees'. We are not a US-based company and we do not have a US bank account unfortunately so we need a service that will pay checks out of THEIR bank account after we just wire them one lump sum every week.
