completely exclusive use of all video for 2 years, then non-exclusive use after those 2 years. It would be a little more complicated than outlined above, but those would likely be the basic terms of use.

no, i was kidding about the czech guys. i only deal in exclusive content.

this hypothetical content would have been used once. a one time showing of *some* of the content on the free side of things. and a one time showing of all, in a single paysite. so you would know it converts. and it would be yours and only yours for 2 years, as the sites it is currently used on, would be toast before you took possession.

Two some = $400

Then the equipment, location, and other ex's for the shoot. Add on the editing and streaming. Got to come to $1,000 a scene. And these are minimums.

Just curious have you got this or do you plan to shoot it? If you are thinking of shooting it might be better going to the LA Valley and seeing if some hard up porno producer will sell you Interent rights for $300-500 a scene.

You could go around 10 different producers and get 10 different styles at half the price and 10% of the trouble of shooting it. Just my

Alot of content providers will produce hardcore at between $20-$30 a minute these days - so that puts you around $75k roughly if you were to film it from scratch - but that wouldnt be with multiple cameras or to your quality (I am 95% certain I know your content).

To me, if I am right about what content this is, it is worth more than $75k even given that it has been used previously.

Have you thought about going mainstream with it? Thats about 20 2 hour tapes and I am sure you would get far more out of it by doing that than selling an internet license for it - unless you do both of course.
