Guys, which pictures you suggest using on galleries: ugly or hot ???

See, I think if you use:
1. ugly - you get low b/w but jerkers won't even wait for galllery to load as soon as they see couple of thumbs.

2. Hot - jerkers will see all your adds, but will load all damn pics (big b/w bill here), jerk off
and turn off their PC

So, what kind of pics you use ??

16x50k (gallery visited then revisited by back button from pics)

=1800k

x100,000 hits
=180gig
x$3 a gig
=$540

so 16x$35 sign-ups would give you a profit - and that's a 1:6250 conversion

Jedi - Do you mean ugly chicks or ugly pics (like bad compression, etc.)?

You guys would be surprised what kinds of girls will turn a surfer on. Ugly chicks is one of my niches and not a bad one at that. Especially with amateur stuff. Ugly glamour girls don't work nearly as well. When guys are looking at amateurs, they're looking for girls that look like real people. Remember, everyone is into something.

Here's an idea. If men "settle for what they can get" in real life. Then just make a really b/w consuming thumbnail gallery of ugly women. By the time its done loading, they will be ready to get-off. & when they see it's full of ugly ho's...They will either "Settle with what they got" Or click one of your many HOT HOT HOT Banners =)

4 - Build ugly sites! It's true! There's a saying in this business and most veterans will nod their heads along, agreeing that this was true for them as well: "Build the first for show and the rest for dough."

Most webmasters start out wanting to build a beautiful showcase site that they can proudly show all their friends saying, "Look what I did!" They oooh and ahhh but usually you'll never make a dime off these first "gorgeous" websites. Remove the flashing backgrounds, high-resolution photos and for goodness sake disable and delete those damned midis! Then you're finally ready to start making some cash off all your hard work.

Believe it or not the ugliest sites can make the most cash. Just throw up a black background - some say black is preferred because it doesn't glow in the room at night alerting wifey that hubby has once again gone porn surfin'! - add some simple bold text, your sponsors banners and some really crappy looking thumbnail sized photos and you've got yourself a winning site. Okay, so it's not THAT easy but it is pretty close. The less you try to make a pretty site and the more you build a site that SELLS to your surfing customers the better! Remember - you don't want them to feast off the free content on your site, you want them to move on to the higher quality banquet on your sponsor's site so you can earn the commission!

Yup, build ugly sites, but we're not dealing with sites here but galleries, which is the closest thing you'll get to a magazine ad. Would you even look at an ugly magazine ad or just skip it? No, galleries need to be high quality layout, crisp thumbs and fast loading html (good hosting need). You have 2 secs. for page to load and 10 secs to convince the surfer.

Do you make gallery pages of 50KB html??? Damn, and you make signups? A html page shouldn't be bigger than 5-8KB for each clone.

I burn 10GB per 100,000 hits, not your 180GB...
