Global Page Update Script

Hi All,

I have 150+ domain names with some 2-4 pages on each. What I need is a script that will allow me to make global changes (ie, across multiple pages on multiple domains). My current hand-update and submission (aka "monkeywork") method is getting a little tedious

The changes required are:

1. Sponsor codes;
2. Graphics (pics or banners, etc.); and
3. Some text (hyperlinks, advertising)

For instance, I might want to change 2 asian sponsor link codes, their corresponding banners, update a text description and make these changes across all of my (say) "Type 1" and "Type 4" asian pages, etc.

Ideally, I would be able to input and execute (upload) these changes in a password-protected online admin area.

The output should be simple .html files (pages) to replace the old ones.

If you know of or can make software that can do this, please let me know.

PS. I'm not a coder or techie, so I may need help with installation, etc

Whilst not being the perfect solution, Server Side Includes (SSI) could be handy in your situation.

I've been using them on a new site, and had forgotten just how simple they make site management.

Have you had any experience with SSI? Its not too hard.

Why dont you try www.traffictrader.net

in addition to supporting normal tgp style traffic trading, its main purpose is to update multiple sites with templates.

its used on sites like paysites collegefuckfest.com, or freehosts like swiftporn.com where updating many servers at once is required.

you could always use DW to make mass changes, but you'd still hafta upload everything again afterwards....
