    Linux help, compiling question,

Im trying to compile PHP, and it works, but i forgot to enable the GD2 lib,
it seems like what ever i type in ./configure command it will accept it.
How can i reset the "cache" for the./configure ?
I've tried the make clean, but its doesn't seem to help.

            Gave me this output,
            [root@plain php-5.0.4]# make dist-clean
make: *** No rule to make target `dist-clean'. Stop.

              try
              make clean
              ..
              rm configure.orig (or confiure.h or configure.old or configure.stat or configure.log )

or just rm the whole dir and untar the source again ;)
