I sometimes use my logitech webcam to make videos, and it makes them in AVI format.

I need to convert the AVI movies into MPEG or something that most operating systems can play.

It also comes out as a huge file, 160 mb for a 9 minute clip.

Does anyone know a program or a way to convert the videos a lot smaller and a different format?
