Problems using Epassporte virtual or electron?

I tried to use it at one of those independent cash machines , and it kept telling me I was not authorised to make this transaction. As it turned out to be it was the rinkidink machines fault. I went to one of the main banks machines and NO problem at all.

I've got a $70 hold on mine right now from worldwinner.com. Been almost 2 weeks and still not back on the virtual card. It kept saying incorrect address.

the fucking Hyatt hotel charged me $221 for a 2nd night when I left after the first night, I emailed epassporte on Saturday or Sunday, and its now Wednesday and no reply or change on the invalid charge.
