Im just reading the CyberAge site requirements and noticed this.

18. Your site cannot contain, promote, or link to any death, rape, torture, bestiality, child porn (including under aged with or without clothing), depictions of urination, or other excretory functions, hardcore facials, object insertions (other than sex toys), or any content of any kind that is illegal in the US. Meta tags promoting any of the above are also prohibited.

Any explicit sexual act can become "illegal" the moment a court sets a precedent within a jurisdiction.

The fact that the net has rarely had cases in the US instigated (how many in 10 years?) does not mean a scenario may not arise where the relevant authorities feel a need to have a few. This is obviously further complicated by two possibly differing "opinions" in the US - state and federal.

The bonus side is that those who feel a need to prosecute usually have some political agenda in turning attention to obscenity and that does not necessarily mean they do it well.

Bottom line.. ask any "rights" attorney - if they want your ass - they will come along and collect it!

Just noticed Damian... if ya are actually in the UK, they have been more than lenient so far. They even abandoned the "dirty dozen" officers at Scotland Yard after a series of cases where juries returned not guilty verdicts. (Public "acceptabilty" had changed).

Can't say the current situation there, but the tendency may be not to waste time on "normal porn" but attack CP and more extreme forms of what purports to be sexual activity.
