Weird connection problem

For some reason I can only access about 50% of the websites I try and visit.
For example with yahoo, I can hit the front page and none of the links work.
Only 10 of my bookmarks are working as well. This shit happened before and it went away on its own after awhile.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?
My ISP didn't report any problems.

if you live in china try proxies on non standard ports

Maby your isp forgot to pay someone and is running low on transit/peering.

post some sites that you can access and some you can not.
