where i can setup a selective startup, and select which programs i want to automatically run on startup, and which to not run.

im on winXP home

dont they think this is important to some people? why do they not put it as an accessory or something ... unreal

exactly what i was looking for.

no idea why they dont put this in the main menu, it is very handy tool. speeds up performance and you can tell if you have spyware installed and shit.
