Adam called the front desk about the internet, and they connected him to some support line. The support line said that we were the only people to call about the internet, so it must be our problem. What a crock...

LoL -- same thing happened at the Venician Hotel in Vegas two years ago. nobody could log on. we got a nice reduction on our room for not being able to go online. for us to not have internet access is like a chef not having a kitchen...

Im on the 32nd floor Its slow at times I think because of everyone using it. I havent noticed it cuts the connection though (yet).
