Does PA= my universal ccbill account number? Or the number given me by the affiliate program I signed up with? Or does it not matter?

You have to replace XXXXXX PA with your affiliate id.. Which should be in your email, if not then go into your ccbill account and check TOOLS Tab for your account number by pressing Get Banners..

PA isn't your universal number. If you have 10 CCBill programs in one account you will have 10 different PA numbers.
