Internext Miami - Computer access?

Besides the business office in the hotel (65 cents per minute, 10 minute minimum), is there any computer access at the show?

DSL in the room is $10/day. That would be cool except I don't have a laptop.

I'm hoping there is some sponsored access.

In the "good old days" sponsors would have banks of computer set up where you could go and check your stats, web based email, etc. I don't THINK I've seen that at the last couple of Internext shows, but I could be wrong.

If worse comes to worse just ask someone at a booth who has one if you can borrow theirs - I did that for years before I carried my laptop with me

Hrmm, I remember back to '99 in NOLA and I didn't see anything like that at shows, but then again I rarely hit the floor. Anyway I missed the part about him not having a laptop, but I am sure many people will have them there and if they can even connect they would be happy to let him borrow one for a few minutes.

Yeah, the computer banks were on the show floors. Traffic Cash had one for years, IIRC.

I bet 1 out of every 2 people will have a laptop. Just ask someone if you can use there's for a couple minutes while you check up on all of your stuff.

I bought my laptop specifically for shows and other trips. You can get a decent one for a relatively good price. I think mine was $1,100.
