Image Gallery Script?

Anyone know of a good gallery script that looks similar to this one im using but will also allow people to post comments for each individual picture which in turn sends an email to a mailing list for notification that an update has been made?

I have seen Gallery Script before but did not see email notification on it's features list. 8(
