Looking for dedicated hosting

I just got hit with a $600 overage fee and I'm now looking for a new host. I was on virtual and now moving to dedicated. Looking for something under $400/month. My host wanted $634 plus 150 set up I can't afford that now. here's my stats from last month but I don't expect to do this much again:



Right now this month I'm only burning 20GB a day but that could change. I'm thinking I need at least 1000GB a month. What do you think?
