problem is the goods are comming from a company who has a UPS
contract. I always use Fed-Ex personally and I cant see how anyone who wants their package to be there uses UPS. You might as well use Airborne if u use UPSSig heil

best thing about fedex is they leave it on your door without a signature.. so if youre feeling very cheap, you just take it inside and call to track the package. when they say it was delivered play stupid, say you didnt see it nor sign for it, and they'll send it to ya again, but this time they'll require a signature.. its the Fedex 2 for 1 special!

ups decided to play football with a server we shipped with them and it got broken
we had insurance on it, but they didn't want to cover it, and basically told us to take a hike and that we were trying to setup an insurance fraud
